A. How long does an order usually take to process for shipping?
It depends on the stock availability of the items you ordered. If order containing only in our stock items, they will be shipped within 1-3 working date. Special ordered items may also take a longer time.

B. How do you ship the goods and how much is the shipping?
We’re DHL, UPS, FEDEX account holder, we have discounts for send parcel. We will let you know after you have placed an order the estimated weight and freight.
We also send the parcels by your appointed forwarder.

C. Is there a minimum order amount for wholesale and production?
Yes. We request a MOQ for 200pcs per model per size for production.
For stock item, we request a MOQ for 50pcs/size/color.

D. Do you have a print catalogue?
No. Since we update and add new products frequently, the items that we offer are all listed on our website. For CD catalog, please contact us.

E. Do you have samples?
We have over 1,000 unique items and we simply cannot stock them all. Only certain articles/colors have sample quantity for ordering. Sample cost and shipping is paid by the clients.
